RockTape 5cm x 5m is the base version of RockTape's kinesiology tape: standard width, standard (non-H2O) adhesive, and retail roll length, providing an elastic alternative to rigid strapping tape for everyday sports and clinical taping.
The tape is made from 97% cotton and 3% nylon with 180% longitudinal stretch, using a hypoallergenic adhesive (no zinc oxide or latex) that is water-resistant enough for up to 5 days of wear. Unlike the H2O version, this uses RockTape's standard adhesive rather than the enhanced water-polo formulation, and unlike Big Daddy, it uses the narrower 5cm width rather than 10cm.
