NeuroTrac Rehab NMES – Dual Channel TENS & Muscle Stimulator
Support muscle rehabilitation, pain management and recovery with the NeuroTrac Rehab NMES, a versatile dual-channel electrotherapy device designed for both home and clinical use.
Combining TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) and NMES (Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation) in one compact unit, the NeuroTrac Rehab allows users to manage pain while also supporting muscle activation, strengthening and rehabilitation.
With two independently controlled channels, multiple preset programmes, customisable settings and a wired remote hand switch, the device provides flexible treatment options for physiotherapy, rehabilitation, sports recovery and ongoing pain management.
Why Choose the NeuroTrac Rehab NMES?
The NeuroTrac Rehab is designed for users who need more flexibility than a standard TENS machine. Its combination of TENS and NMES programmes makes it suitable for a wide range of rehabilitation applications, from pain relief to muscle stimulation.
The large keypad and illuminated LCD display make settings easy to view and adjust, while its lightweight design allows the unit to be used conveniently at home, in a clinic or while travelling.
When the device is locked, it can also record treatment usage time and average current, providing useful information for clinicians supervising rehabilitation programmes.

TENS & NMES in One Device
TENS – Pain Management
TENS uses controlled electrical stimulation through electrodes placed on the skin and may assist with the management of certain types of acute and chronic pain.
The NeuroTrac Rehab provides multiple preset and customisable TENS programmes, allowing treatment parameters to be selected according to individual requirements or professional guidance.
NMES – Muscle Rehabilitation
NMES is designed to electrically stimulate muscles and may assist with muscle activation and rehabilitation where muscular weakness or reduced activation is present.
It can be incorporated into rehabilitation programmes following injury, surgery or periods of reduced muscular activity when clinically appropriate.
Suitable Applications
- Muscle rehabilitation
- Sports-related muscle recovery
- Muscular weakness following injury or surgery
- Neuromuscular stimulation
- Acute or chronic pain management
- Physiotherapy programmes
- Home rehabilitation programmes
- Clinical rehabilitation environments
Use should be consistent with the manufacturer's instructions and the advice of an appropriately qualified healthcare professional where required.

Output Information
The displayed amplitude is measured into a 500 Ω load. Actual current may be lower depending on electrode and skin impedance.
- At approximately 1000 Ω, maximum output is limited to approximately 70 mA
- At approximately 1500 Ω, maximum output is limited to approximately 65 mA
Burst Mode
Burst stimulation consists of bursts of 9 pulses at 200 μs, operating at either 150 Hz or 185 Hz over a two-second period.
Modulation Mode
The device includes modulation programmes that automatically vary pulse width and pulse repetition rate throughout treatment.
TENS 7
- Pulse width varies from approximately 50 μs to 250 μs and back over a six-second cycle
- Pulse rate also varies throughout the cycle
TENS 8
- Pulse width fixed at 200 μs
- Pulse rate varies from approximately 32 Hz to 100 Hz and back over a six-second cycle
Safety Features
Open Electrode Detection
If the device detects an open circuit on Channel A or Channel B, the output current automatically resets to zero.
Low Battery Protection
- The battery indicator flashes when battery voltage falls below approximately 6.9 V ±0.2 V
- The unit will not switch on if battery voltage falls below approximately 6.6 V ±0.2 V
