The RecoveryTherm Cube is a compact, reusable heat and cold therapy device from Therabody, delivering instant cold, heat and contrast therapy anywhere on the body via its proprietary Cryothermal Technology. It provides hands-free or handheld use with adjustable straps for secure placement over the treatment area.

How to Use
Select the preset heat, cold or contrast mode and temperature setting, then secure the device to the treatment area using the strap frame or by hand. Heat mode runs for approximately 24 minutes with selectable settings of 35°C, 39°C or 43°C. Cold mode runs for approximately 18 minutes with selectable settings of 16°C, 12°C or 8°C. Contrast mode runs for approximately 20 minutes, alternating between 8°C and 43°C. Do not use on broken skin, areas of poor sensation or circulation, and discontinue if skin irritation occurs.
