RecoveryTherm Back is a wearable heat and vibration therapy device from Therabody, designed to deliver targeted warmth and vibration therapy to the lower back to help ease tension, stiffness and everyday discomfort. It wraps around the lower back for hands-free use at home, at work or during downtime.
The wrap uses a carbon fibre mesh heating element for even heat distribution, paired with germanium-infused fabric intended to support circulation to the treated area. Three heat settings and three vibration patterns let you adjust the intensity of the session, powered by a rechargeable, interchangeable battery shared across the RecoveryTherm range.

How to Use
Wrap around the lower back and secure for a snug, comfortable fit. Select from three heat settings (approximately 38°C, 40°C and 43°C) and three vibration patterns using the device controls. Battery life is approximately 3 hours per charge. Monitor skin regularly during use and discontinue if excessive heat or discomfort is felt.
