ThermBack LED is a wearable back therapy device from Therabody that combines four therapies in one wrap: LED light, far-infrared heat, vibration and warming technology. It is designed to provide targeted relief for lower back pain and support recovery and mobility as part of a daily routine.
The wrap uses adjustable Velcro straps and an elastic compression strap for a one-size-fits-all, hands-free fit, with customisable heat and vibration settings and an on/off LED light function. It runs on a rechargeable battery with USB-C charging, so it can be used cordless or plugged in for continuous sessions.

How to Use
Wrap around the lower back and secure using the adjustable Velcro and compression straps for a snug, comfortable fit. Select from three heat settings — Low (approximately 39°C), Medium (approximately 42°C) or High (approximately 45°C) — and three vibration modes using the device controls, with the LED function switched on or off as preferred. On battery power the device runs for up to 180 minutes per charge and automatically shuts off after 20 minutes of continuous use; it can also run continuously when connected via the USB-C cable. Monitor skin regularly during use and discontinue if excessive heat or discomfort is felt.
