The TheraMed Holey CNH Pillow is designed for side sleepers who want to reduce contact pressure on a sensitive ear. A 12 cm ear opening allows the ear to sit within the cutout while the surrounding pillow supports the head and neck. Choose a soft cotton cover or a wipe-clean Steri-Plus cover.
Features
Adjust the height by removing some of the polyester fibre filling. Memory foam inserts alongside the opening add support around the neck and shoulder area. The shaped cutout is useful when ordinary pillows press against the ear, including for people seeking comfort with CNH-related sensitivity.

Dimensions: 62 × 40 cm, with an approximate 11–14 cm adjustable profile. Ear cutout: approximately 12 cm. Fill: polyester fibre with memory foam inserts. Cover options: white cotton (SKU A100660100; approximately 1.45 kg) or medical green Steri-Plus (SKU A100660102; approximately 1.25 kg).
Care instructions
For the cotton cover, remove the filling before cleaning and follow the fabric label; the supplier lists cold machine washing and line drying for the polyester/cotton fabric. Wipe the Steri-Plus cover with mild detergent and warm water; do not machine wash or tumble dry it. Keep the memory foam inserts dry and spot clean only. Do not bleach.
