The RecoveryTherm Knee is a pneumatic compression device from Therabody that combines targeted cold, heat and vibration therapy in a one-size-fits-all wrap for the knee. It uses sequential leg compression to help increase local circulation while supporting recovery and comfort.
Built with a Germanium fabric construction and Therabody's Cryothermal Technology, the device runs on a removable, rechargeable battery that is compatible with other RecoveryTherm products, giving roughly 60 minutes of use per charge. It includes three built-in treatment programs and three vibration modes that can be used independently or combined.

How to Use
Fit the wrap around the knee and select the desired program. Heat mode runs for approximately 2 minutes at a variable 35°C–43°C. Cold mode runs for approximately 3 minutes at approximately 10°C. Contrast therapy alternates between approximately 10°C (cold) and 43°C (heat) over approximately 3 minutes. Do not use on broken skin, areas of poor sensation or circulation, and discontinue if skin irritation occurs.
