Product information
TheraBand Resistance Band Loops are continuous 3" wide loop elastic bands used for a variety of applications, particularly lower body Exercise to increase strength and balance. The band loops are an effective and efficient way to to strengthen muscles and has the added benefits of convenience, portability, and eliminates the need to tie traditional bands, thus prolonging life and reducing additional wear. The band loops come in four resistance levels, including yellow, red, green, and blue and are available in three lay flat lengths of 8" and 12"
3 inch wide continuous loop elastic bands are an effective way to improve strength & flexibility in glutes, knees and hips
The continuous loop provides a comfortable alternative to tying flat resistance bands into loops, helping eliminate wear and tear
