How to wear
- Unfasten the strap.
- Position the silicone pad approximately 2 cm below the elbow crease, over the affected tendon area.
- Tighten the inner strap, then secure the outer support strap comfortably.
Important: Do not overtighten. Stop use and consult a healthcare professional if pain, swelling, numbness or irritation develops or worsens.
