One Size Fits Most. Wrap the strap around the upper forearm, below the elbow joint, and adjust to a secure but comfortable level. Position the foam pad over the affected forearm muscle area. The strap should not restrict circulation or cause numbness.
How to Use
- Open the strap and place it around the upper forearm, just below the elbow.
- Position the foam pad over the tender muscle area on the outer forearm for tennis elbow or inner forearm for golfer’s elbow.
- Fasten until comfortably snug. Do not overtighten.
- Recheck comfort and circulation during activity and adjust as required.
