The Soft Comfort CorPak Hot & Cold Therapy Pack is a reusable gel pack designed to help relieve headaches, ease muscular pain and reduce inflammation associated with strains, sprains and other soft tissue injuries. It can be used for either heat or cold therapy from the same pack.
The exterior combines synthetic fibres with organic plant materials around a nontoxic, biodegradable gel fill, giving the pack a soft, frost-free feel against the skin that doesn't require towel wrapping even after freezing.

How to Use
For heat: warm in the microwave, where it maintains therapeutic temperature for around 20 minutes. For cold: place in the freezer for a minimum of 1 hour before use.
