The RockTape RockPods Cupping Set is a tissue manipulation tool made up of eight silicone pods designed to grab, pull and push soft tissue. Cupping is used by therapists and athletes to help with pain, mobility and movement dysfunction by encouraging tissue glide and local blood flow.
Each pod is moulded from a single piece of 100% medical-grade silicone with a built-in handle, so suction is created by hand — no separate pump or vacuum device is needed. The set includes two pod sizes and two suction techniques (plunger and inversion) for different treatment areas, and is compatible with RockSauce, RockRub and RockTape for a full soft tissue treatment approach.

How to Use
