Pulse One hot and cold compression system and replacement wraps
Choose the complete Pulse One system with eight wraps or select an individual replacement wrap only. Pulse One combines actively controlled cold, heat and pneumatic compression in a portable, water-based recovery system. Add water, connect a wrap and choose your temperature, session length and pressure. The unit cools or heats circulating water without ice, while compression can be used with either temperature setting.
Choose your configuration
- Complete System + 8 Wraps — $4,119: Pulse One unit, eight recovery wraps (knee, leg, foot/ankle, shoulder, arm/wrist, elbow, lower back and back), carry case and accessories.
- Individual Wrap Only — $299 each: choose one of the eight wrap styles as a replacement or extra. A wrap-only selection does not include the Pulse One system.
Key features of the complete system
- Active cold from 2–15°C and active heat from 30–45°C, with temperature control to ±1°C.
- Six compression levels (10–80 mmHg), with continuous and intermittent modes.
- Up to 1.5 hours of battery use away from a power outlet; approximately 7 kg for the unit.
- Interchangeable wraps for eight body areas with quick-connect hoses.
- Adjustable session timer and 1.8 m insulated connection hose.

What's included with the complete system
Pulse One unit, eight recovery wraps, 1.8 m insulated connection hose, two quick connectors, power adapter, measuring cup, silicone funnel, carry bag and user manual. The supplier states a 12-month warranty. Wrap-only variants include the selected wrap, not the unit or full kit.
Common questions
Does Pulse One need ice? No. The water-based system actively cools or heats the circulating water.
Can compression be used with hot and cold settings? Yes. Compression can be layered over either cold or heat.
Are all eight wraps included? Yes, with the Complete System + 8 Wraps configuration. The eight wrap-only choices are sold individually.
