Who It’s For
For trained healthcare, first-aid and emergency personnel performing routine patient care or cervical immobilisation during emergency transport.
Who It’s Not For
Not for self-application, casual neck-pain treatment or untrained use. Suspected cervical-spine injury is an emergency: minimise movement and follow local emergency protocols. Fit and application must be performed by trained personnel.

Size & Fit Guide
Measure neck circumference. Adult adjusts for 11–23 inches (approximately 28–58 cm); Paediatric adjusts for 8–18 inches (approximately 20–46 cm). Trained personnel must also select the correct collar height.
How to Use
Apply only according to recognised cervical-spine precautions and the manufacturer’s instructions. A trained responder may apply it in a seated or supine position while maintaining manual stabilisation.
Care Instructions
Follow the facility’s infection-control and manufacturer cleaning instructions. Inspect all panels, fasteners and padding before use; remove from service if damaged or contaminated beyond safe cleaning.
