Size & Fit Guide
For sling sizing, measure from the tip of the elbow to the end of the closed fist. Small fits 27–33 cm; the supplier’s chart labels the 33.6–40 cm size as Regular while the selectable option is Medium; Large fits 40.6–44.4 cm. The External Rotation Kit is universal.
How to Use
Have a clinician select the required immobilisation, abduction or external-rotation configuration. Position the arm in the sling, secure the buckles and adjust straps so weight is distributed comfortably without restricting circulation.
Care Instructions
Remove detachable components where directed and fasten closures before cleaning. Follow the manufacturer’s care label; use mild detergent and cool water where permitted, then air dry.

Does it fit either arm? Yes. The Smart Sling is universal for the left or right shoulder.
Is the External Rotation Kit a complete sling? No. It is a universal accessory configuration; select a Smart Sling size separately when required.
Why does the medium size say Regular in the chart? The current supplier option is Medium, but the source sizing table calls the same 33.6–40 cm range Regular. The product is flagged for review before publishing.
