The OS1st QS4 Performance Quad Sleeve is a compression sleeve designed to support the quadriceps and thigh region, rather than the knee joint itself. It uses graduated compression across the front of the thigh to help improve circulation and reduce the feeling of fatigue, swelling and discomfort that can accompany quad strains, hamstring weakness, or iliotibial band irritation.
Built from a lightweight, four-way stretch knit, the sleeve is shaped to follow the natural contours of the thigh for a comfortable, low-profile fit. Anti-slip silicone dots along the top help the sleeve stay in place during movement, and its slim design allows it to be worn under regular clothing or training gear for all-day use.
