The MediRoyal SRX Universal Knee Strap is an entry-level patella tendon strap designed to provide light, targeted support for the kneecap tendon. It is intended to help with local inflammation, mild jumper's knee symptoms and mild Osgood-Schlatter disease.
The strap is made from MediRoyal's SRX material, which combines a 3D top surface loop fabric with a CR-foam core containing closed micro air-cells for lightweight heat insulation. The interior is lined with moisture-resistant, quick-drying Neptune material for next-to-skin comfort. A hook-and-loop closure allows the compression level to be adjusted by tightening the strap around the leg circumference, with a pad positioned directly over the patella tendon.
