The MediRoyal SRX Knee Support Open Patella is a pull-on knee sleeve made from 3mm SRX material, designed to provide compression and gentle warmth around the knee. Its open patella cut-out is designed to provide pressure off-loading around the kneecap while the surrounding sleeve provides anatomical support during daily activity or light exercise.
The sleeve is built with a CR-foam core featuring closed micro air-cells for a lightweight, heat-retaining construction, and lined with MediRoyal's Neptuneâ„¢ material for a hydro-dynamic, quick-drying, comfortable next-to-skin feel. A 3-dimensional textured outer surface provides elasticity and even compression around the joint without the need for straps or fastenings.
