The MediRoyal MOW (Medial Orthotic Wedge) Insole is a medial-posted orthotic insole developed to help compensate for foot pronation. It's designed as a practical option for temporary pronation support, including trial use to help gauge whether extra arch support may help before considering custom orthotics.
Built with dual-density EVA and a Poron heel pad for shock absorption, the MOW Insole is supplied as a pair and sized to match your EU shoe size.
