The MediRoyal ARX Patella Luxation Knee Brace is a low-profile support designed for patellar subluxation and tracking problems, using an integrated strap system to help guide and stabilise the kneecap during movement.
An integrated patella pad sits directly over the kneecap and incorporates two elastic straps that apply direct, adjustable force to help control patella tracking, combined with a friction lamination surface that resists the pad slipping out of position. The brace has a bilateral design, meaning it can be repositioned for use on either the left or right knee, or set up for medial or lateral support depending on the wearer's needs. Reinforcing hinges use aircraft-grade A6061 aluminium alloy, carbon-fibre nylon hinge pockets and Kevlar covers for added durability, while the breathable ARX outer fabric and Neptune knee-fold lining keep the brace comfortable for extended wear.
