The MediRoyal ARX Liga Spring Knee Brace is a light-to-moderate support knee brace designed for mild to moderate knee joint instability, patella instability, and inflammatory conditions such as osteoarthritis. Unlike a rigid hinged brace, it uses flexible dual spiral stays to provide support that moves more naturally with the knee.
Each side of the brace incorporates double spiral stays rather than a rigid hinge, paired with two elastic straps positioned to provide diagonal support around the joint. A patella pad built from NRX material sits over the kneecap for added stability, and an integrated thermo-polymer friction system is designed to reduce brace migration during activity. The ARX outer fabric is latex-free, lightweight and moisture-resistant, with a soft Neptune material lining at the knee fold for comfort.

How to Wear
