The MediRoyal ARX Liga Light Knee Brace is a medium-support hinged knee brace designed to provide stabilisation for mild to moderate knee instability, patella issues and inflammatory conditions. It combines an aluminium double hinge with breathable ARX fabric for support that moves with the joint.
The brace is built around a lightweight, aircraft-grade aluminium alloy (A6061) double hinge, housed in carbon-fibre reinforced nylon hinge pockets and protected by Kevlar hinge covers for durability. Two elastic straps can be positioned laterally or medially to help control movement and reduce brace migration during activity. A patella pad provides added support around the kneecap, and soft Neptune material lines the popliteal (knee fold) area for comfort against the skin. The ARX fabric itself is latex-free, moisture-resistant and designed for excellent ventilation.

How to Wear
Position the brace so the hinges sit level with the sides of the knee joint and the patella pad centres over the kneecap. Secure the hook-and-loop straps firmly but comfortably, adjusting the elastic straps to a lateral or medial position as advised by your healthcare provider.
