Measure around the forearm 5 cm below the centre of the elbow: Size 2 fits 20–23 cm, 3 fits 23–26 cm, 4 fits 26–29 cm, 5 fits 29–32 cm and 6 fits 32–35 cm.

- Pull the support over the hand and centre the pads around the elbow.
- Fasten the detachable strap to a comfortable support level.
