HighRoller HighBaller Twin Ball Massager

The HighRoller HighBaller is a width-adjustable twin-ball massager designed for self-myofascial release (SMR) and targeted trigger point work. Two independently spinning, angled massage balls sit on a stable, non-slip base, allowing pressure to be applied along either side of the spine or across larger muscle groups without the balls rolling away.

The balls are made from a firm, grippy rubber compound and the width between them can be adjusted using removable pins, giving five positioning spaces per side to suit different body shapes and muscle groups. How to Use

Position the HighBaller against a wall, door or the floor and lean the target muscle area between the two balls. Roll slowly for general soft tissue release, or hold and apply gentle sustained pressure over a specific trigger point. Start with light pressure and increase gradually as tolerated.
