How to Fit or Wear
Open the fasteners and slide the foot in, then loop the strap through the buckle and secure it firmly but comfortably. Pull the inside strap over the foot and attach it to the outer ankle, then pull the outside strap over the foot and attach it to the inner ankle. Adjust both straps for a snug, even fit.
