How to Use
Heat in an 800W microwave for 90 seconds initially, then in further 20-second intervals as needed, checking the temperature between intervals. Do not heat for longer than 4 minutes in total, and never leave the microwave unattended while heating. For cold therapy, place the pack in a completely airtight bag and leave in the freezer until cold. Allow the pack to cool completely before reheating. Do not use while lying down or sleeping, as spontaneous overheating can occur. Discontinue use if you notice burning odours, and keep the pack dry at all times — discard if the wheat fill becomes wet. Not recommended for people with reduced skin sensitivity to heat or cold.
