The DeRoyal Warrior Recovery Post-Op Knee Brace is a hinged post-operative knee brace designed to provide stabilisation and support during rehabilitation after knee surgery. It is designed for use following procedures such as total knee replacement, open reduction internal fixation (ORIF), femur, tibia, fibula and patella fracture management, ligament reconstruction and meniscal repair.
The brace features an enhanced hinge interface with four preset drop-lock settings at 0°, 15°, 30° and 45°, with range of motion adjustable in 10-degree increments. Telescoping struts allow the overall length to be adjusted from 18 to 29 inches via a lever-action mechanism, while soft, circumferential, trimmable straps with a removable Y-tab help secure the fit. Customisable anti-migration strap pads and laminate-reinforced padding with extended coverage are designed to help keep the brace in position during wear.

How to Wear
Hinge settings, strap tension and length should be set and adjusted by a treating clinician or healthcare professional in line with the individual rehabilitation plan. Position the brace over the knee with the hinge centred on the joint line and secure using the circumferential straps.
