The DeRoyal Tri Panel Knee Immobiliser is designed to provide firm, universal-fit stabilisation for the knee following injury or surgery. Its black foam body and durable tietex panels combine to restrict unwanted movement while the knee heals, making it suitable for mild through to more severe knee conditions.
Anatomically contoured posterior stays follow the natural line of the knee, while T-bar stays reinforce the medial and lateral panels for added rigidity. The side panels adjust to accommodate a wide range of leg sizes, and an integrated patella strap helps position the immobiliser correctly and keep it secure once applied.

Ideal For

How to Wear
Position the immobiliser behind the knee with the posterior stays centred, wrap the side panels firmly around the leg, and secure the patella strap. Adjust for a firm, even fit that restricts movement without cutting off circulation. Fitting should be checked or advised by a healthcare professional.
