The DeRoyal Hypercontrol Knee Brace Wrap-Around is a hinged knee support designed to help control hyperextension and provide medial/lateral stability. Unlike the pull-up version of this brace, the wrap-around style opens fully flat and is wrapped around the leg and fastened with straps, making it easier to fit over swelling, bulky dressings, or for users who find pulling a sleeve-style brace up the leg difficult.
Made from breathable Tri-tex fabric as a lightweight alternative to neoprene, the brace features medial and lateral hinges designed to help prevent hyperextension of the knee, together with a unique strapping system at the back of the knee that reinforces this action. The wrap-around design allows for superior adjustability, letting the wearer fine-tune tension across the whole brace each time it is applied.

How to Wear
Open the brace fully flat and wrap it around the leg with the hinges centred over each side of the knee joint, then secure the straps firmly but comfortably, starting from the strap closest to the back of the knee and working outward.
