The DeRoyal Hypercontrol Knee Brace is a hinged knee support designed to provide stability and help control hyperextension during daily activity or return-to-sport rehabilitation. The pull-up style is applied by sliding the brace up the leg, giving a close, low-bulk fit under clothing while still delivering firm medial and lateral support.
Constructed from breathable Tri-tex fabric as a lightweight alternative to neoprene, the brace features medial and lateral hinges designed to help prevent hyperextension of the knee, along with a unique strapping system at the back of the knee that reinforces this action. Dual adjustable buttresses help stabilise the patella, while extension tabs at the thigh and calf allow the brace to accommodate normal variations in limb circumference for a more personalised fit.

How to Wear
Pull the brace up the leg so the hinges sit centred over each side of the knee joint, then secure the straps firmly but comfortably, starting from the strap closest to the back of the knee and working outward.
