The DeRoyal Full Shell Walker 2 Low Top is a pneumatic walker boot designed to provide firm, adjustable support for moderate to severe ankle and foot injuries. Built-in medial and lateral air pumps let the wearer fine-tune air bladder compression for a snug, supportive fit that can accommodate swelling or bulky dressings.
This is the low-top (below-calf) version of DeRoyal's Full Shell Walker 2, built on a rigid full-shell frame for firm support during the recovery stages directed by a treating clinician.

Ideal For
Used as directed by a treating clinician for moderate to severe ankle sprains and strains, stable foot or ankle fractures, syndesmosis sprains, post-ORIF (surgical fracture fixation) recovery, and Achilles tendonitis.
How to Fit or Wear
Select a size using the chart below, fit the boot as directed by your clinician, and use the medial and lateral pumps to inflate the air bladders to a firm, comfortable level of support. Follow your clinician's weight-bearing instructions.
