The DeRoyal Air Ankle Stirrup Brace is a rigid-shell ankle support that uses an inflatable air bladder to provide adjustable, custom-fit compression. How to Fit or Wear
Position the brace so the rigid shells sit against the inner and outer sides of the ankle, secure the swivel straps and adjustable heel strap, then use the inflation bulb to add air until the fit feels firm and supportive. The brace should feel secure without restricting circulation; release some air and reposition if you notice numbness, tingling or colour change.
