The Chrisofix Thumb Orthosis is a pre-shaped positioning splint designed to support the thumb basal joint. It is commonly used for strains, sprains, post-surgical recovery, and degenerative or inflammatory thumb conditions where positioning and light immobilisation are needed.
Built with a mouldable aluminium core wrapped in polyethylene foam and a soft polyamide velour and cotton lining, the orthosis is pre-shaped for the thumb and can be gently reshaped for an individual fit. Adjustable fasteners allow the angle and distance between the thumb and index finger to be regulated.

How to Wear
