Chrisofix Orthosis for Paresis – Hand, Wrist & Thumb
Product details
The Chrisofix Orthosis for Paresis is a moldable hand, wrist and thumb positioning splint designed to support the hand and wrist in a functional resting position following stroke, nerve injury, or other conditions affecting hand and wrist control. Its shapeable core allows the orthosis to be individually contoured to the wearer's hand for a supportive, custom fit.
Constructed from a combination of polyethylene foam, polyamide velour and cotton with a corrugated, perforated aluminium core, the orthosis can be reshaped by hand without heating and is designed to help maintain hand and wrist positioning during rest and recovery. Breathable materials and adjustable strapping are designed to improve comfort during extended wear.
