Bodyblade® is unlike any other piece of exercise equipment on the market today. Most other systems work on the principle of the user attempting to lift a weighted item or stretch an elastic band. The Bodyblade® , however, works on the opposite premise: Once the ends begin to move, inertia wants to keep them in motion and it's up to you to resist. Thus, the risk of injury through overexertion is greatly reduced.

Includes a great 30 minute aerobic workout!It's easy for eveyone to use, from world class athletes to rehabilitation patients. With a fixed rate of 270 contractions per minute, Bodyblade will help you enhance your power, coordination and overall performance. Bodyblade is great for aerobic conditioning or for developing speed, strength and joint mobility.
The intensity with which you drive the blade back and forth (Flex Intensity) varies the level of resistance you receive. The harder you drive the blade back and forth translates to greater flex in the blade and increased resistance. Conversely, the lighter you drive the blade back and forth translates to smaller flex in the blade and decreased resistance.
