The BLACKROLL® PRO foam roller is 50% harder than the BLACKROLL® STANDARD, and palpably increases muscular elasticity and performance with little effort and simple exercises. Due to its extreme hardness, however, it should be noted that the PRO is only the right roller for experienced users or those with high pain tolerance. Regular exercise with the BLACKROLL® PRO will allow its relaxing effects to last longer. Functional exercises can also be varied and intensified with the BLACKROLL® PRO.
