How to Use
- Measure your arm and select the correct size before wearing.
- Pull the support over the forearm with the wider opening facing the upper arm.
- Centre the elbow and position the viscoelastic inserts on either side of the joint.
- Smooth the knit so it lies flat without folds or pressure points.
