Back Form is an Australian-made contoured lumbar support cushion designed to improve comfort while sitting. Its supportive side flanks follow the lower back, while tapered rear corners suit modern car seats and many office or home chairs. An adjustable elastic strap helps hold the cushion in position.

Care instructions
- Foam: vacuum regularly and spot clean with mild detergent and warm water
- Dry the foam flat in an airy place away from direct sunlight and heat
- Do not immerse, machine wash or tumble dry the foam
- Dura-Fab: hand wash in lukewarm water and drip dry; do not machine wash or tumble dry
- Steri-Plus: wipe with mild detergent in warm water and line dry; do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach or iron

Select Dura-Fab for a soft everyday fabric or Steri-Plus for a wipeable, moisture-resistant surface. A separate Back Form Cover is also available.

Is this the cushion or only a cover?
This listing includes the complete Back Form foam cushion with your selected removable cover.
Can I use Back Form in a car or office chair?
It is designed for many car seats, office chairs and home chairs. Compare the dimensions with your seat and position it in the natural curve of your lower back.
What is the difference between Dura-Fab and Steri-Plus?
Dura-Fab is a soft woven polyester fabric. Steri-Plus provides a wipeable, moisture-resistant surface suited to situations where easier cleaning is preferred.
Can the foam be machine washed?
No. Vacuum and spot clean the foam only, then dry it flat in an airy place.
